My Network Places

My computer is a Dell Dimension  4700.  Recently for the first time I had to access `My Network Places' and was very surprised to find a file on there -chelwest.nhs.uk, this appears to be a hospital in Chelsea. I have not attempted to do anything with this file but I am very curious to know how it could have got there. Can anyone suggest how it could have got there? I would be very interested to know.
