New HDD - all software gone!!

I bought a Dell Inspiron One 2310 refurbished - supposedly good as new. However, within 2 weeks I had to call someone out to replace the HDD as the old one was faulty. Due to this, I have lost Dell Stage - the Video Stage, Photo Stage etc (I've still got the basic one with web tiles etc). - how do I get this back? Also, I have lost all the touchscreen games e.g. bug garden, which my daughter loves and I would love to have back!

Additionally, I have tried to use "My Dell Downloads" to download software back on to the computer, but the website says that my service tag is not supported - even though I am using IE and have .Net framework 4. I am running out of ideas here and need to get it all back as I am already frustrated that I have lost the free microsoft office as well!! Any help would be much appreciated.
