OS Installation Error

Hi sir.

I Bought one new Dell Laptop. Model : Dell Inspiron 15  3521

First time OS Installation no errors successfully installed  bit selection is wrong,

that's why i am re installing the OS, Getting this kind of error.

Error code: 0x80070017

Exit the installation this message come on picture.

BOOTMGR is missing,

Press ALT+CTRL+DELETE, again and again This message Displayed.

what is the process to overcome this issue.

Give the solution.

Are you installing Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?  Is the BIOS in Legacy or UEFI mode?  Did you delete all the existing partitions when installing?  Where did you get the installation media?  If not from Dell, then try downloading and/or burning it again.  If from Dell, try downloading "retail" media to install with.

Otherwise, I'm not sure I understand exactly what is happening and where/when.

Try getting fresh/new media and deleting all the partitions on the disk when asked where you want to install Windows.
