Outlook 2010 | Send Items are not showing up

For the past two months my sent items are not showing up. I just recently deleted all of my sent items, to clear up space. After that, nothing shows up in the sent items. I am using an exhange email account. I cannot figure out why the sent items are not there. I check the view settings, what am i missing?

Hi,

You could try opening Outlook 2010 in Safe Mode and check if you are able to view the mails in Sent Items.  To do so, please follow the steps provided below:

1) Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

2) Type Outlook /safe (There is a space between Outlook and /) and click OK. Outlook 2010 will open if safe mode.

3) Check if you are able to view the e-mails.

4) If Outlook safe works, try to disable Add-in(s) from File->Options-> Add-in(s)

5) Ensure that Manage is set to COM-Add-Ins and then click go. Clear the check box for all other add-ins.

6) Close and restart Outlook.

I hope this helps you to view the mails in the “Sent Items” folder. If you need further assistance, reply to this message.
