POP UP HELP

I am running win xp sp2, and would like to see if I can get any help with this. As soon as I log on the internet, this pop up window comes up.

It says, " Computer registry, Software Advertisement, Microsoft Internet Explorer". I press the red  "X" and then brings me to another window that wants me to install it. I press the word "no" and it goes away. It does not come back unless I disconnect the internet and then re connect which then it immediately comes on.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of this pop up? I have norton internet security for my firewall, all updated anti virus, also have ad aware and spybot. I ran these it come up clean.

Any help is appreciated.

I use this and like it (NoAds). Once an ad is placed on the target list, you won't see it again. The wild card tab is good for getting rid of ads that change one number or letter every time:

Spybot
Adaware
Spyware Blaster

Try the above programs and scan with Adaware and Spybot. Remove spyware.

Also, go to Internet Options---Privacy (tab)

make sure "Block Popups" is checked.

(This works only in IE)

Firefox Browser is great for blocking popups.
