You can go to any site that has download software to gain an uninstaller for stubborn programs that windows refuses to uninstall. A good uninstaller is McAfee's which you can go to their site download a 30 day free trial of that program, and it does a very complete job removing those programs.

Thanks JD. Got a time limited download of Your Uninstaller, seemed to have done the trick . Next problem is that I purchased Print Artist version 18.0. Cannot get it to go any further than the first installation window.
