Problem after factory restore in dell xps 15

I hv Dell xps 15 wid windows 7 home premium. Recently I reset my laptop to factory using dell data safe. After that when I reboot my laptop I get a welcome screen with blank profile asking for usrname and pwd. administrator is disabled(I ENBLED SAME FROM COMMAND PROMOT AT STARTUP.......still disabled at welcome screen) Also my keypad and touchpad does not work at the welcome screen. I know reinstalling windows with cd/dvd will fix d problem but I do not want to invest extra money in dis. Plz help.
