Problem downloading drivers

I've been having some trouble downloading crivers for my computer. In the website it asks me to enter the Service Tag, so I did but after some time this appears:

'We're sorry

The Dell Driver Analyze Utility currently does not support your operating system. To search for drivers, please enter your Service Tag or choose your product model. Click on “Back to Results Page”.
to return to the Drivers & Downloads page.'
If I select the 'Automatically detect my Service Tag for me' tab, the same problem appears.
If been trying to solve this for a long time and can't figure out whats wrong.

Hi jose987,

Welcome to the Community.

Please provide me the system model and operating system installed on the computer so that I can provide you the direct link for the drivers.

Thanks & Regards

I am receiving this same error running Windows Vista (SP1) on a Dell Latitude E5400. I can see the DellSystemDetect.exe process running (using about 12MB of memory).
