Problem with reinstalling windows on alienware 14

I tried reinstalling windows 7 on my laptop. When I restarted my computer I get the screen shown in the picture. The first windows 7 is a completely new version with no drivers installed whatsoever. And the second windows 7 is the older, virus ridden  version.

How do I get rid of the old windows 7.
