Raid Support in Vista

Are there currently any drivers to allow usage of Dell systems with hard drives in RAID 0 to work with Vista? I'm not even sure what drivers to look for from the original manufacturer. I think it's Intel. Does anyone know?

Vista includes Raid drivers. RC1 didn't have drivers for nVidia controllers, but RC2 does. I would think the Intel drivers were included from the git go.

All I know is that when I have my raid drives turned on in the bios, Vista installation can't see any drives, and when I turned them off to install on my non-raid drive, installation worked fine (RC1). Now when I turn the raid drives back on, the system never loads from the vista scrolling boot screen. kinda strange.

BTW, has windows pulled back RC2? every time I click on a link saying it's for RC2, I get redirected to the 'Try Vista RC1' page. Anyone have an external source for RC2?

I have a Precision 670 and have been able to use the XP drivers for the Host RAID Adapter. You need to provide the disk (CD\Floppy\USB drive) with the files on it when you choose the partition that you want Vista installed on. I believe this only works IF you have a SATA or IDE drive as your current first boot drive. If you are booting from a RAID config then Vista will BSOD on the first reboot. This works for x86 or x64.
