Re-support password
Greetings
I received the communique you sent me previously and unfortunately I did not have access to internet, I am sorry for responding this late.
The system type is 7010 and I don't know the operating system installed.

I bought a new dell PC and now my younger brother was playing with my computer now it wants a support password when I want to cgange the date and when I want to download somethings. Please assist me in this because I don't know this support password. Please assist on this one, what can I do

Hi Mbongeni,
To check the operating system installed on your computer, press and hold the Windows key and press 'R' key. This will open the run window -> type 'msinfo32' to open System Information window. Check the OS name.
To change certain setting in the computer, you need to be the administrator account. Click on Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts -> User Accounts -> Manage User Accounts. Check the option listed under the User Name (Administrator/Standard)
