Roxio burner software
I lost my Roxio CD burner software program that came with my computer. Is there a way to get a replacement without calling customer service since my warranty is expired and calling costs $50?

The Roxio software is not downloadable. You can try the Dell CD request HERE but no guarantee that you will also get the Roxio burning software.
For $50 (or less) you can buy a new Retail CD/DVD burning program. I used to use Roxio but with so many problems I went to Nero several years ago. www.nero.com (I think you can download a trial version). Most of my clients are using Nero and they like it better than Roxio. There are other CD/DVD burning programs around (NTI) and some shareware programs but Nero is the best of the class.
