Service Tag is already registered or is invalid
I CANNOT get past the End User License Agreement. Underneath the green Register System I get 'Service Tag is already registered or is invalid.' This happened to me before after reinstalling Windows 7 and unable to install updates to my pc. Please fix!! It is very annoying!

I've gotten this error upon logging into my locker from Day 1 after purchasing my PC, and Dell never resolved it. Now that my PC is out of warranty, I'm supposed to pay $89 for them to give me access to software I've already paid for. It's BS.
