Splash screen disapeared after updating bios

Hello

I have an Inspiron 8200 system. When I bought it, just after press "On" a splash screen appeared (like a bitmap) with Dell logo and text "press F2 to enter bios".

After updating bios, it disappeared and I don't find any option in bios to turn it avaiable again. Can you tell me how to do this?
