Suggested Source for download of Windows Photo Gallery?

I'm sorry to bother you , however, please be of help. On my Dell Inspiron 1720 with OS
Windows Vista Home Premium I have the program Windows Photo Gallery.It came installed. My wife
has a Dell Inspiron 1545 with OS Windows XP Pro, however, she does not have the
Windows Photo Gallery Program. Question? Can the program be added to her
Laptop? If so, what would be a suggested source for download?  Dell says they can not furnish   the program
for download on the wife's laptop.
