Symantec Goback software problem

I want to seek help from anyone in the forum regarding the GOBack software.I am now currently running a school computer lab,i had installed the GoBack software because i don't want the students to change anything in the PC.I had enable the auto revert function and set it to auto revert every Mon.After a few weeks time, it display out the problem 'buffer full'. What is the solution to enable this popup menu??
Another problem,as u all know i am running the computer lab.Whenever students ON the PC it will display the bootup menu where you can press space to enter the setup. How can i disable this bootup menu??cause students tent to press the spacebar although the setup is password protected. Thank you in advance to whoever that can help me solve the problems..

Usually when GoBack Deluxe has problems, I disable it, so it can clear out the GoBackio.bin files(this can take a few minutes to an hour or more)

Then I re-enable it. That may solve your "buffer full" problem

The second problem, I'm not so sure. Make sure you use an adminstator password they do not know. That's all I can think of.

It's a shame Roxio sold GoBack, they used to have message boards for GoBack, and with Roxio's EZCD creator 6, you better have GoBack, or another back up program.

Go Back may be damaged by having its hidden files moved when defragmenting.  You must select the option:  Do not move hidden files in your defrag program options.  You might remove Go Back and reload it.  This may solve the problem.
