This section is for hardware, not software issues. However, the Dell forum terms of service prohibit discussing how to circumvent a password.
Consider this, if there were (legal) ways of bypassing a password there would be no need for passwords.

Fireberd is correct. The only thing i can suggest is to format and reinstall Windows.
