System Failed RTC accuracy test

Hi, i have downloaded Dell Support Center and run a Dell Pc Checkup. It tells me it failed System Failed RTC accuracy test. When i click the link it shows me, it opens the US dell support center. I submit my service tag but it opens a blank window. I try to sign in but it does nt respond. I open the european web site but i can not get anywhere. It's have been one year i bought this computer. But i had to solve all my problems by myself. I even cant get an local technical service. Now my computer is extremely slow. I cant get to work my remote controller. I want to upgrade my computer ram but i dont know where to, so my warranty does not cancel. Even i don not know where to go if my computer messes up. My chargers pin is broken and even i can not ask anyone to what to do. Now i can proudly say that i will never buy a Dell product again.
