System restore disc

I recently tried to do a system restore on my Dell inspiron n5010 and somehow deleted everything. I need a system restore disc, or a very clever way to fix this problem without one. I am no longer under warranty so I do not get a free one even though my laptop didn't come with one... kinda upsets me that each purchase doesn't come with or atleast get a free system restore disc even if they are not under warranty. Where do I purchase one? or is there a way for me to go in and fix ths another way?

Ive tapped f12 and all test come back normal I just cannot complete any type of " solution" or restore within my computer.. I just get ran around in circles!

thanks in advance for the help!

You may also download a Windows 7 .iso from Digital River see here:

To clean install follow the steps in Windows Reinstallation Guide/A Clean install of Windows 7:
