Touchpad Precision 7520 won't work

I have a Dell Precision 7520 notebook

The position is mastered under Windows 7.

My concern is that the touchap does not work

When I run the package 10.2207.101.114, A02 and another version given by the support dell I have the following message:

"This driver does not support your touchpad"

The touchpad works well in the bios itself, so it's not a hardware incident

I opened a ticket, and I was asked to update the bios and reinstall windows 7 but without evolution.

I desperate to find a solution, I would like your help
