Transferring Software From Old Computer To New One

I have a Dell Studio desktop that has Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit on it. I ordered a new XPS 8500 Special Edition with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on it.

I want to transfer most of the software from the Studio to the XPS.

Also, the Firefox browser and Thunderbird email program. I beleive I can export the bookmarks and email address book and such with no problem.

The big job will be my music and my pictures.

I need the help, as having had 2 strokes, I forget easily, and comprehension is poor at times.
