Does Dell provide a Microsoft OS disk?

Yes, Dell supplys an reinstall disc for your OP ad also an disc for your drivers, and any software it puts on your system.

Is there an option to get the Hard Disk with the OS only...no trial offers for unwanted programs?

As far as I know there is no option to get your hard disk without the third party software. However, there is not a lot of it, and it's easy to delete. You get the disc's for it, so you know what to delete.
