Unstable new dell xps15 9510. UI driver issue maybe

I'm running Win10, Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎2022-‎05-‎02
OS build 19044.1766
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

With UI driver from Nvidia v. 512.96

It's SUPER buggy. Only me that have an issue? It's running on the latest bios and drivers from dell. But Windows is SUPER unstable. Crash daily from hibernate mode.

Where can I report the driver issue to Nvidia or dell?
