Vista - Preview Windows in Task Bar
How do I get this to work? The taskbar setting to show window previews (thumbnails) is already checked. But, if I put my mouse over one of the open windows it only displays the title of the program open. I am running Vista Basic edition. I am not sure if this is on a different version.

Unfortunately BASIC does not support this feature.
The thumbnail previews on the ALT-TAB screen and the TASKBAR are for Home Premium and up. You need the WINDOWS AERO package which BASIC does not support.
