Vostro 15 3000, Windows 7, BIOS

I have purchase a laptop from Flipkart, Dell Vostro 15 3000 core i3 6th gen(4GB/1TB HDD/Linux) 3568.

While I try to install W7 64 bit , it has showing an error "BIOS is not fully complient" and it stop the installation. I have purchased it on 9th Nov,2018.

Can any body suggest how to resolve it. Flipkart is reject my refund request, as per their policy they can not refund

Installing Windows 7 on a Skylake system requires preparing an updated set of install media. Doing so will consume several hours at minimum - and bear in mind that will all support/updates for Windows 7 ending in just over a year (January 2020), this may not be an effective use of time. It's your call.
