Vostro 3900 Mini Tower - MS Office
Hello,
I bought Desktop 2 weeks back. It came with Windows 8.1 and MS Office reinstalled.
But the OS crashes and I reset it with recovery USB drive. But it didn't install MS Office.
How can I install Office or get product key?

If you purchased with office you will have a Microsoft Product Identifier CARD with the OFFICE key. Dell will not provide you with another one if you lost this.

There is no Card on the PC, only service tag available. I will ask dealer if the PC came with Office.
Meantime can you help with service tag?
