Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
I have no information on what size the partitions where on this system when it shipped. You can make the partition on your hard drive one partiton with all the space and make it an NTFS partiton. To do this you would boot to the Windows xp disk and follow the prompts to delete the partitions and then re-create them using all the available space. You will then need to format the drive. Once this is done you can reinstall Windows, drivers and software. Below is a Microsoft article that will give you instructions on how to partition.
