What to do with the PBR image after windows 8.1 reset?

I have rest my Dell Inspiron 7557 running windows 8.1 using the inbuilt reset option (restore to factory defaults). After the rest has been successfully completed,the system has made a hard drive partition named as "PBR Image". I was wondering if it is possible to delete this as it is using up space. Will deleting it cause any problems, if not then how do I delete this partition?
