Wifi not working, MyDell not working, Lost Vista disk :(
My laptop was from USA but I brought it back to UK. recently its wifi driver became unstable and kept disconnecting, so I tried to repair it by removing and reinstalling it. Now it wont run at all!
I have tried to run MyDell, but it says it cant find smbios2.dll?
Ideally i'd like to just wipe and return to factory settings, start again fresh. But I've damaged my Vista disk and cant find another way.. Help?

Model of Dell? Version of Vista 32 Bit or 64 Bit? What is the hardware IDs of your wireless card?

Hi decibelle,
You can try reinstalling the wireless drivers using this link http://dell.to/1lTHx4p go to this link punch in the service tag select drivers and downloads go to wireless you will find the drivers. If you need to do a factory reinstall using a dell image please follow this link http://dell.to/1HUch1h
