Win 7 upgrade
The site to register for the free upgrade (https://win7.dell.com/) doesn't seem to be working. I keep getting forwarded to Internet Information Services (http://www.iis.net/). Anybody else having this experience?

Thanks for the fast response, Jesse L. I'm trying to register for my upgrade this morning, and I've passed through the pages that confirm that my system is eligible and that determine which upgrade version I'm eligible for, but after that point (confirmation of upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium) I have been waiting for about an hour with simply a blank page. Is there anything more to come? Perhaps a page where I fill in an address of where to send the upgrade? Or is this it?
