Windows 2000 Professional

Hi all, I am working on a Dell Dimension L800CXE for a friend. This computer has Windows Millenium edition installed,and is a complete mess. Sense Windows Me no longer has support, I wiped the disk and installed Windows 2000 Professonal. The computer boots up till it comes to last "Window 2000 Professinal starting" splash screen then stops before the desk top shows up. I think it probably has to do with drivers,but if OS won't fully start I don't know how to install the drivers. I have Windows 2000 on my old Dimension 4100 and it loaded with no problem. Thanks
