Windows 7 & picture files
Have a number of picture albums on my c drive which I am unable to open. When I try, I get a page with a Thumbs.db icon. Have tried about everything but have no success. Any suggestions?

Thank you for writing to us!
Thumbs.db is a hidden, protected operating system file, created by Windows 7, containing thumbnail images of the pictures in a folder. It isn't user-accessible, and there's no way to open it.
There might 3rd party software which might be able to help open these file,however we will not be able help you with that as per the data protection policy .
