Can anyone please tell me how to recover the recycle bin in Windows Vista Home Premium after it has been mistakenly deleted?

Open Control Panel
Go to "Appearance and Personalization"
Then, "Personalization"
Left pane, click "Change Desktop icons"
Check the Recyle Bin
