Windows XP Pro DELL REINSTALLATION CD Full OEM with recycled DELL Desktop
I purchased several Dell Desktops from an electronic recycler. Each system has a COA stricker for Windows XP Pro on the case but the software has been removed. I have an opportunity to get a
Windows XP Pro DELL REINSTALLATION CD Full OEM.
Will I be able to reinstall the XP using the Dell CD each desktop? If yes, then what are the steps?

If the COA sticker is in place and is for the same version that you install yes you are still legal so long as you are using the Dell OS reinstall disk. Now if you were to use another version of windows than the COA it will install but would not be legal.
