WordPerfect Error 1706

My computer came with WordPerfect Productivity Pack pre-installed. When I opened WordPerfect for the first time, I got a prompt to update, so it took me to the InstallShield update site and then to the WordPerfect Office 12 update site. I downloaded Service Pack 1 and started to install it, but got a prompt to insert my WordPerfect CD to find the installer package: SetupWP. I browsed for it and clicked OK, and got the following error message.
Error 1706: No valid source could be found for product WordPerfect 12. The Windows installer cannot continue.

When you browse, you should have the cd in the drive. Get out the WP cd that came with the computer and put it in the drive. Preinstalled doesn't mean you don't get a cd. It's clearly marked Word Perfect--one of the few cd's that you get with a new computer. If you are missing the cd, call Dell.

The CD was in the drive. I browsed in the CD's folders to find the installer package. I clicked Open and in the destination box was D:\WPO12\SetupWP. I clicked OK and the error came after a few seconds.
