Hi,

 

I have just purchased a Belkin  USB Bluetooth Adapter

 

The drivers installed okay and it appears in Device Manager as working properly

 

But I have no Bluetooth Control Panel

 

I have tried bthprops.cpl but I get nothing (as per MS KB article)

 

I think I need a bluetooth service but nothing is listed in services
