You first need to install the chipset drivers from -

The install the network adaper drivers from:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/type.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=DIM_PNT_CEL_2350&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=3597

Then the sound card drivers from:

There are several possibilites for the video drivers.  Check your original invoice to see which one you have. All drivers should be downloaded from:
