XP over Vista on XPS 410

Anybody know how to reinstall XP on my 410, I was trying to reinstall it  but mistaken i installed Vista home  and it stopped working saying the Lic is not valid, now it will not install or run the xp cd,,????

Any help for it

When you boot from the WinXP CD you should have the option to delete any existing partitions and reformat the hard drive.  That should correct the problem for you.  I know others have posted threads about the best way to turn a Vista system into an XP system, so you might want to check those as well for more tips on gettin XP installed now that Vista is (at least partially) on there.
