XPSP2 reinstall Driver Question

On my Dimension 2350, I have reinstalled XPSP2 from the disk Dell sent me. got through the reinstall ok. seem to be stuck in a driverless mode, and the Driver disk is not found here at home.  So i am thinkin that I should dowload the drivers and then do what exaxctly.  I have to burn a cd since my dimension B110 desn't have a Floppy drive.

symptons are:
Monitor Stuck in super low resolution screen mode.
Cant see NIC card.  i.e network
When I run the CMD.exe and do an IPCONFIG I don't see any of the regular ip address type stuff.

So my first thing is to download some device drivers. Right? So exactly which ones of the 50 or so listed and what are the steps for that.

The other thing of interest is that I thought I was wiping the HD, but many if not all of the old files are there on the c: drive.  Is it possible that the Device Drivers are there?

The only one that makes me nervous is chipset. the video and sound I would assume are pretty vanilla.

so after I get them on a stick, and carry them to the 2350, and stick the CD/Stck drive in, I assume that I can open a folder with the drivers. and then...how do I "Install" them? Usually these things are intuituitive and binary. (Ya either get it or ya don't.)

Right . . click on the Drivers and Downloads button in the left pane of this page and navigate to your model . . download the drivers for Chipset, Video, Network Adaptor and Sound . .bopy to flash or cd to install on the other pc.

Install the Chipset driver first . . then the others in any order

Here is the proper order of installation.

if there are some drivers in this list, but not available on the driver section for your model, skip to the next one that is. Look over the available drivers carefully.

Success.
So far Chipset, Video driver, Then Panda Security, then Network Broadcom 440 10/100 driver.  That machine (as opposed to the one I am on now) is working well.  Gonna transfer the download process directly to that machine.

just to put things in perspective: we have also been painting the front hall way, getting the oldest son reeasdy for the prom, and the youngest one is sick.

But now the computer is working and the youngest is well.
