active x control/McAfee

I have tried numerous routes to install McAfee on 2 computers in my office.  Both seem to be having the same problem.  I have tried re-setting the default levels on the internet options. I went to microsofts web site and tried applying the information from

this got the information box to show up, but all it does is show the box.  If you click on it it just says "information help" and does not allow the download process to beging.  McAfee has been installed on the computers previously and the subscription had expired so we are trying to update and reinstall McAfee.
