creating two windows

Hi,

I have recently bought Dell 1555, 2 Ghz, 320 GB, 4 GB RAM.  Is it possible to create two windows in my system.  it already has

windows Vista, and I want to have Windows XP in the same because some of my  softwares do not support Vista.  If not how can I change the OS to XP?

Dual booting requires you to shutdown the computer and start it up again in the other operating system. You cannot create 2 windows from 2 diff operating systems. You would be better off trying to use the Compatibility Utility in Vista to see if you can get those XP programs to run under Vista. Look up Compatibility in Help.

Agree with the responses ....

Still, you could run run two OSes or more if you wish at the same time, I suggest Microsoft's Free Virtual Machine (32-Bit only) OR my favorite vmWare WorkStation or their free vmPlayer?
