dell oem office keep coming back on new profile
hello
i uninstall office on the dell pc we have and every new profile we log in into we have the same software coming back.
how can we make sure its fully uninstall every where it cause issue when we try to install office 2016 on prem and trying to set signature and out of office '

Universal Windows Platform (UWP) apps are quite different from traditional desktop apps. With UWP apps, uninstalling just removes the reference from the current user account, and the apps will still be available in other user accounts and newly-created user accounts. That is by design.
There are ways to entirely uninstall the apps, via Windows PowerShell or Registry hacks. I cannot vouch for them, as I have never tried that. Here is one such article: How to Uninstall the Default / Inbuilt Apps in Windows 10 (techsupportall.com)
FYI: That Office app is not a "Dell OEM" app. That is part of default Windows 10, and you would see it even if you performed a clean install of WIndows 10 on any brand of PC.
