digital download and lojack for laptops
I purchased LoJack for Laptops when I purchased my computer. I downloaded it through digital download which states that there was an installation error and to reinstall. I keep trying and the error keeps popping up. It does not appear in my uninstall programs portion of the control panel so I can't try again. How can I fix it? I don't have a registration key so I can't even download the software from an outside link. Thanks

Welcome to the community
We apologise for the inconvinence caused. There are two steps to complete LoJack installation
1. Go to BIOS screen by tapping F2 key during the startup and in the BIOS menu under Security ebale the Computrace option
2. Once the Computrace is enabled restart the system and login to the LoJack website and resgister for installation. The LoJack URL is http://www.absolute.com/lojack

I enabled the computrace and tried to reinstall under digital delivery, it is still giving me an error. I then tried to go to the site you linked and install but I can't because I do not have a registration key....how will I be able to get the registration key?

Please contact the Lojack tech support who can have this issue fixed over the call. The Lojack team might require few details of your Dell computer in having the issues fixed. Please find below the link to find the technical support number for Lojack
