error message after reinstalling windows 7

I had to reinstall windows 7 in my Inspiron 620S. After the reinstallation I keep getting the following message:

"Required System software not Installed

Microsoft.NET Framework version 2.0 is required. This software is available for free download at: htpp://microsoft.com/downloads/"

When I go to the website and downloaded I get a message that the software is already installed!

What do I have to do... Please and Thank you!

Hi beacu,

I suggest that you uninstall any .NET Framework software installed on your computer and reinstall it by downloading a copy from Microsoft Downloads web site. Please follow the steps provided below to uninstall a program in Windows 7:

1. Click on “Start” and then on “Control Panel”.

2. Click on “Programs” and on “Programs and Features”.

3. Select the .NET Framework programs installed and click on “Uninstall” on the top.

After uninstalling all the installed .NET Framework software, download them from the Microsoft web site link provided below and install them.

.NET Framework 2.0: http://bit.ly/INNb23

.NET Framework 3.5: http://bit.ly/Kiz9J2

.NET Framework 4.0: http://bit.ly/KQc9BI

Please reply to this message if you need further assistance.
