msn will load, however won't load any other pages!!!!!
I removed limewire from my laptop a few months ago, and had to go through a heck of a time removing all the problems that came with it. Recently, when I ran my Symetec, it finally let me get rid of all the trojan wimad files that were associated with the removal of limewire. However since I removed all those viruses(over 30,000), my internet explorer has not worked properly.
I can get on msn.com, but when I try to put in another page, ie yahoo.com the msn.com freezes up, a pop up page when another msn.com tries to load, and then it all freezes up. I have run malaware and ad-aware in safe mode and it has found nothing. I have even deleted all items out of Quaratine in my Symetec...I am at a loss PLEASE HELP!!!

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab, Tick "Empty Temp Internet Files Folder When Browser Is Closed" Hit OK.
Then follow these instructions

Use this to double check for malware
Download, install, update twice, do a full system scan
