outlook express

what's up with outlook express changing my incoming mail everytime I log into it prompting me to sign in and when I do, that box still wont go away. can ya help me?

Hi,
Try deleting all the Accounts by going to Tools->Accounts. You will see all the accounts there, delete all the accounts, then try creating the account.
This should work out.

Have set up numerous alias E-mail accounts over the years & Logon password-locking problem has only happened twice, both times (loss of focus) by omitting data entry when setting up an E-mail account. In each case, the problem was fixed after going back to relevant E-mail account & correcting entries in Account Properties.  First time had to click on Properties/Servers tab & enter correct (ISP assigned) Account Name & Password. Second time (years later) it was Properties/General tab, had to copy data entry from the E-mail address box & paste it in the Reply address box.
