restoring my dell 360 series to factory default
i have read a lot here on the net and everyone says the same. press F8 button and choose repair computer. However, i dont have that option on the list. I want to reset my laptop and i want to keep my original software. How can I do it if i cant find that reset to factory setting option?

F8 is not an option listed anywhere - it's not on the system boot menu, nor is it in the Windows boot menu. It is hidden, and it is very much a matter of timing. As soon as the computer power on, start hitting F8 1-2 times per second until you get the Advanced Boot Menu. If you see the Windows splash screen, it is too late.
