tasbar icon size change?

Can the icons at the bottom of the XP desktop taskbar be increased in size? Without changing the resolution of the display? This for a new Dell 1520 laptop with XP. It has the highest screen resolution set. the task bar icons are very small at the bottom and Id like to increase their size while keep the maximum resolution of the display. thank you
