window 7 service pack i. english change in to ? squres and x.
English change to ? X squares. I do not know what I did. It is by Help and everywhere by Icons Help subject and all control panel. I do not know how to revert to previous dates I can’t read anything.

Power down your computer, tap F8 repeatedly. This will give you a black screen (the Advanced Boot Options screen).
Select repair my computer, then select language if prompted. Select System Restore.

Thank you. I did just that. I had only one backup on system
restore from Registry first aid. I did complete my clean install only day
before crash. System restore where not successful. I head to do clean install
again.
