windows 7
Is there really a windows 7 upgrade through dell computers. One month ago I bought a inspiron and a studio. I have been trying daily for a week to get an answer but cannot get past the mumbo-jumbo. I posted yesterday but was edited out they said for some kind of infraction(no idea). I would appreciate any help.

Have you visited https://win7.dell.com? I believe that this site will have all the information you need.

Thank you for contacting the Dell Community Forum. I am sorry to hear you have had problems registering for the Dell Windows 7 upgrade. If you've had difficulty registering through the website, you may want to contact Dell customer care at (800) 624-9897. They should be able to get you signed up for the upgrade successfully.
